Shipping and returns
Shipping Policy :-
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in he UK. We usually ship products on the next business day. Tracking no. will be provided when the Special Delivery option is used and the order has been shipped. Standard postage and packaging is £4.49. We reserve the right to change this at any time withour prior notice.
Return Policy :-
If you are not completely satisfied with your Apacs UK order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt of your order for refund, replacement or exchange less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Contact our customer service department by email to sales@apacs-sports.co.uk to make a return claim and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returns without RMA#’s will be refused. All returns must be shipped to the address provided by the customer service rep and will not be accepted in person. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
