1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full.
2. All costs associated with dishonoured cheques or credit card transactions are borne by the purchaser.

3. Please note that this website currently supports World wide shipping.Cost may vary and we reserve the right to add additional costs for shipping insurance where appropriate.
4. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within three working days of receipt of payment. For larger orders, custom orders and back-orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery in Europe and 5-6 weeks for the rest of the world or as negotiated with Apacs Sports UK. If Using the express delivery option, expected delivery dates will be stated on your final invoice. Unfortunately, however, delivery dates depend on a number of factors outside of our control and we therefore cannot accept responsibility for delays. We will, however, endeavour to keep you informed at all times as to the progress of your order.
5. Unless you instruct us otherwise, orders which are unable to be filled from in-stock items may be delivered in instalments.
6. We generally ship by way of Royal Mail Post. However, for large orders we may elect to utilise an alternative carrier without prior notice. Additional charges will apply if you require expedited or special delivery.
7. The deposit of goods with our nominated carrier for shipment constitutes supply for the purposes of this agreement, and, as a consequence, all risk associated with the loss of, or damage to, goods in transit rests with the purchaser. Similarly, the costs of, and sole responsibility for, transit insurance rests with the purchaser.
We try to keep all of our products in stock all of the time.
Sometimes demand for certain products is very high and we can't replace stock quickly enough. Sometimes manufaturers themselves are out of stock. Where you see an out of stock message the product will be temporarily unavailable to order. Occasionally items can sell out before we have a chance to alter the status on our site. In this event we will contact you and either send the item/s when they arrive offer an alternative or refund the purchase price.
We are adding new products to our site continually, we will keep you informed of new arrivals and special offers in our newsletter.
We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet your expectations. All we ask is that you contact us and inform us of the return in writing (e-mail will suffice) and the items are returned to us in a re-saleable, unused condition in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The returns will be at the customers cost. We strongly advise customers who wish to return items to get proof of delivery, as we cannot account for something we have not received.
Under the distance selling regulations 2000, UK and European customers have the right to a 7 day cooling off period from the date of order. If goods have been delivered then your right to cancel and return your items is 7 days from the date of delivery. In the case of uncollected items or items returned to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge re-delivery fees or a 20% restocking fee.
Any items returned after the 14 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This does not affect your statutory rights

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return postage or any carriage charges which may apply.
In the unlikely event of anything being faulty or damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email or telephone to arrange for the items return or replacement. The customer must retain proof of postage when sending the damaged goods back, Apacs Sports UK cannot be held responsible for non receipt.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
At Apacs Sports UK™ we like to keep our customers updated on special offers and new products, this may be via e-mail or through the post. Whilst this will only happen occassionaly, we do understand that some may not wish to be included in this. To opt out of this service please tick the box when prompted, either on the signing up screen for the first time, or when logged in under "Edit my personal details"
If you would not like to receive e-mails from carefully selected companies that we think may be of interest to you, then please follow the same steps as above.
All transaction information is taken by Paypal. Paypal are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.
What this all means is that your data is entirely secure. Rest assured that no one at Apacs Sports UK™, Paypal or anyone trying to gain access to your card details can.
I’ve finished shopping and want to pay, what now?
What will happen is after you have finished shopping and are ready to purchase the items in your shopping basket you click pay, and will automatically be redirected to Paypal which is a completely secure page and no one but yourselves can read the information you input.
We use Paypal to take payments because they have over 200 million satisfied customers and offer the most secure way for our customers to pay, using the very latest encryption methods.
After the transaction is complete Paypal will notify us whether the transaction has been successful and we will send the products to you.
